Dear child,
The world sleeps,
but My children are called to watch and pray.
Not out of fear,
but out of love, alertness, and devotion.
To watch means to stay awake in the spirit —
not to be swept along by the flow of this world.
To pray means to turn your heart toward Me,
to open your spirit to Heaven.
Prayer is not a duty;
it is the breath of the soul.
Just as your body needs air,
so your spirit needs My presence.
Every time you pray,
you open a door between Heaven and Earth.
Even if you have no words —
a sigh, a tear, a whisper —
I hear it all.
"Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation."
(Matthew 26:41)
Pray with me:
“Heavenly Father, help me stay awake in spirit and heart.
Teach me to pray from my deepest longing for You,
and to remain always connected to Your presence.
Give me strength to watch, to battle, and to trust. Amen.”
In times of struggle,
in moments of doubt,
in seasons of silence:
Keep watching. Keep praying.
For the one who prays stays connected.
The one who watches stays strong.
